Prices

 

• Minimum stay: 2 nights. (with 4 or 5 persons 3 nights)
• With a stay of less than 5 nights a cleaning charge of 30,- € is payable.
• Optional Baby-package 5,- € per day. (cot for child under 3 years incl. linnen, towel and highchair)
• The denoted TOTAL includes the rent for the apartment with all additional costs: linen, towels, cleaning, tax etc.  (excluding optional parking fee).

Special Conditions: For this period the appartment can only be rented as a package for 3 Persons max. and 5 days. The total amount is 500,00 €.

How to book

Please check first if the appartment is available in the period you wish to book (booking schedule above). In that case please send us an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. including

• Your address
• Booking period and number of persons (number of beds)
• A telephone number for potential further enquiries

We will send you a written tenancy agreement (contract) in two copies. If you sign one copy, return it to us and pay the deposit specified (usually one day rate) the booking is fixed and the appartment is reserved for you. At this time the wording of the contract is in German only. You can pay the deposit by Euro bank transfer.

Please note that card payment is not possible on arrival (cash only).

Cancellation

Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 21 days before the start of the rental period. A cancellation in the last three weeks before the rental period will result in the deposit being retained; if the cancellation is made in the last week, 50% of the total amount will be due. Cancellation free of charge is possible at any time if renting the rooms is prohibited due to official requirements (e.g. Corona regulation).
